• Contact: name, email, phone — when you fill a form or purchase.
• Payment: processed by acquiring partner (MAIB e-commerce). I do not see or store card numbers.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited — via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Session content: notes voluntarily shared during consultations. Stored only with explicit consent.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Contract performance (GDPR Art.6(1)(b)) — to deliver your product or session.
• Consent (Art.6(1)(a)) — for newsletter and marketing, only if subscribed.
• Legitimate interests (Art.6(1)(f)) — site improvement, spam protection.
• Legal obligation (Art.6(1)(c)) — retention of payment data for tax records.

4. Retention Period

• Payment and tax records — 5 years (Moldovan Fiscal Code).
• Email subscription — until unsubscribe.
• Session notes — until deletion request.
• Cookies — see Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients

• MAIB Bank — payment processing.
• Vercel (hosting) — technical data.
• Supabase (database) — contacts and records.
• Authorities — only upon lawful request. I do not sell or transfer data to advertising networks without consent.

6. Your Rights (GDPR + Moldovan Law №133/2011)

At any time you may:

• request a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• withdraw marketing consent;
• file a complaint with CNPDCP (National Center for Personal Data Protection), Chișinău.
