Terms of Service

1. Parties

Seller — Antreprenor Independent „LUDMILA MUNTEANU”, IDNO 1026023012847, Republic of Moldova. Buyer — any individual or legal entity placing an order on milamunteanu.com.

2. Subject

I sell:

  • Digital products — PDFs, checklists, guides. Access via link after payment.
  • Service sessions — individual video consultations (career orientation, meaning-finding, system diagnosis).

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices on the site in USD or EUR.
  • Card payment via MAIB e-commerce. I do not receive or store card data.
  • Payment is deemed received upon bank confirmation.
  • Receipt/invoice sent to email after payment.

4. Delivery

  • Digital products: download link sent to email within 24 hours. Link valid for 30 days.
  • Service sessions: after payment you receive a booking link. Session must be scheduled within 90 days of payment.

5. Quality and Liability

  • I am liable for product/service quality within the order cost.
  • I do not guarantee a specific outcome (career success, income, etc.) — my products and sessions help you structure your thinking; decisions are yours.
  • I am not liable for medical, legal, or financial decisions made based on my materials. Consult appropriate specialists.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, texts, methodologies, video and audio on the site are my intellectual property. You receive the right to use them for personal purposes. Prohibited: resale, public republication, use in commercial training without my written consent.

7. Booking and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is considered a held session. No refund.
  • If I cancel or reschedule due to my fault — I schedule a new one at no extra cost or refund 100%.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • Laws of the Republic of Moldova apply.
  • Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If unresolved — in courts of general jurisdiction at seller’s place of registration.

11. Changes

I may update the Terms. The version in force at the time of order placement applies.
